What does it look like to create a culture of worship?

It is a mixture of ingredients!

To start, you need faith, you need freedom, you need a leader (your senior leader), you need family (relationships and commitment), and of course, you need hungry worshippers…including you!

How hungry are you?

If you want to walk in the fullness of what God has for you, you must be hungry. A great hunger for the Lord will help sustain and keep your attention in times of trials and offense. Remember to stay focused on your relationship with Him and your commitment to love others; do not let the difficulty of the process leading you to your end result, stir you from loving people in the midst of your process.

If you want to see change, you must be the change – lead by example. Empower people by their anoitings and giftings; allow passion to direct growth. Like a cherry tree that is rooted in the Earth, we see the beautiful leaves and blossoms, we partake of the fruit – none of which would exist without the fertile land and complex root system, a structure that produces life.
